To make your house more attractive to buyers and to get the highest price, the following tips are
recommended:

Exterior of the house. Make sure the front and back yards are properly maintained. Remove all
debris, trash, dead tree branches, and pet droppings. Repair loose/broken gutter.

Interior of the house: Keep it nice, clean, and full of sunshine. Remove clutter from all rooms and
closet area. Replace burned out light bulbs. Fix all loose door knobs, squeaking doors/windows
hinges, leaking faucets, torn doors/windows screens, and remove strong odors if you have
smokers in the house or from pets. Keep your kitchen and bathroom squeaky clean and replace
marginal caulking.
